Suunli online on 12 December 2024. From day one, we knew that our handcrafted products, from our Polymer Clay Tassel Bookmarks to our fine Jewellery, deserved a shipping process that gave priority to the safety of the product and the reliability of delivery.

We are from Shenzhen, Guangdong, and we have optimised our supply chain to ship directly from our warehouse to the USA. We focus on the American market, and do not ship worldwide. This allows us to provide a more customised, consistent logistics experience for our customers.

Where We Ship: We ship only within the USA. Other countries: We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Cost: Free shipping on every order.

1. ORDER CUT-OFF TIME: All orders must be received by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York) (GMT-05:00) to begin processing within the standard handling window. Any orders placed after this time will be dealt with from the next business day.

2. Processing Time

Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days (Mon –Fri).
Details: During this time we will carefully inspect and package your polymer clay earrings, necklaces or keychains to ensure they are ready for transit.

3. Delivery Time

Shipping Time: 7-15 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
We ship our products from our warehouse to your specified address in the USA.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery: 8-18 Business Days

Returns and Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, Suunli will accept returns for defective products. If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect we will send you a return label and pay for the shipping.

For cases of customer remorse (changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. All returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
