Our story began on December 12, 2024, born out of a deep love for the vibrant, versatile nature of polymer clay. What started as a personal passion quickly blossomed into a dedicated brand centered around wearable art and unique, functional accessories.
From our design and distribution hub in Shenzhen (located in the Hongfa Gaoxin Park), we thoughtfully oversee every single piece from initial sketch to final packaging. Our mission is simple: to bring you handcrafted beauty that stands out in a world of mass-produced items.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We are happy to offer 100% free shipping on every single order, with no minimum purchase required.
Where do you ship to?
To ensure the absolute highest level of dedicated service and reliable delivery, Suunli ships exclusively to the United States. By focusing solely on our US customers, we can closely monitor our logistics and guarantee a smooth delivery process.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because our pieces are handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch, our total delivery window is typically between 8 and 18 business days. Here is exactly what to expect:
- Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday), during which we prep and safely pack your items.
- Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday – Friday) from our hub to your doorstep.
What is the daily order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing within our standard handling window the very same week.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love your wearable art. If for any reason you do not, we offer a stress-free 30-day return policy, giving you a full month from the day your package arrives to request a return.
What condition must the item be in?
To qualify for a smooth return, we just ask that your item be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with its original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
It is incredibly simple. Just drop us a line at support@suunli.com. Our friendly team will walk you through the steps and provide the exact mailing address for your package.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
- If there is an issue (Damaged or Incorrect Items): If something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, we will completely take care of it. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to cover all costs.
- If you change your mind (Customer Remorse): If you simply decided on a different style or ordered the wrong item by mistake, you will just be responsible for the actual cost of returning the item to us.
When will I get my refund?
We process returns quickly. As soon as we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you immediately. Approved refunds are automatically sent right back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
