Our story began on December 12, 2024, with a love of the vibrant, versatile nature of polymer clay. What began as a personal passion soon became a dedicated brand focused on wearable art and unique, functional accessories.

Located in Shenzhen (Hongfa Gaoxin Park), our design and distribution center, we oversee every single piece from initial sketch to final packaging. Our mission is simple: to create handcrafted beauty that stands out from the world of mass-produced items.

Shipping & Delivery:
Do you have free shipping?

You bet! We are proud to offer 100% free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase.

Where do you deliver?

Suunli ships only within the United States, to ensure the highest possible degree of dedicated service and dependable delivery. We will only be delivering to our US customers, so we will be able to keep a close eye on our logistics and ensure a smooth delivery process.

When will I receive my order?

The total delivery time is usually 8 to 18 business days, as our pieces are handmade and thoroughly checked before shipping. Here’s precisely what you can expect:

Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday), during which we safely pack and prep your items.
Delivery Time: 7–15 Business Days (Monday–Friday) from our hub to your door.
What is the cut-off time for daily orders?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will start processing within our standard handling window the same week.

Returns and Refunds:
What are your return policies?

We want you to absolutely adore your wearable art. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, we have a stress-free 30-day return policy. That means you have a full month from the day your package arrives to request a return.

What state should the item be in?

We just ask that your item be in the same condition that you received it in—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging for a smooth return.

How do I initiate a return?

It’s effortless. If you have any inquiries or concerns, just drop us a line at support@suunli.com. Our friendly team will guide you through the steps and let you know the exact mailing address for your package.

Who covers return shipping costs?
If there’s a problem (damaged or wrong items): We will definitely take care of anything that comes broken or is not what you ordered. We’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label to cover the cost.
Customer Remorse: If you’ve just changed your mind about a style or accidentally ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for the actual cost of returning the item back to us.
When will I receive my refund?

We process returns fast. As soon as we receive and check your item, we will notify you immediately. Approved refunds are automatically sent directly to your original payment method within five business days.
