History and evolution of our business

Suunli’s online journey officially began on December 12, 2024. Since our inception, our mission has been to bridge the gap between traditional artisanal craftsmanship and the modern digital marketplace. Based in our Shenzhen office (2nd Floor, Building 1, Hongfa Gaoxin Park, Shiyan Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen, China) we are committed to polymer clay design perfection.

1. Terms of Use & Security

By using this site you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

Information Security: Our store has an SSL certificate so your personal and payment information is safely encrypted and protected from hackers. We protect the integrity of your data on every transaction.

2. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to decline any order you place with us. In the event that we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, and American Express.
Google Pay and PayPal digital wallets.

3. Terms of Delivery and Shipment

Suunli ships products from our warehouse directly to USA only. We don't ship internationally.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (NY).
Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri)
Transit Time: 7-15 Business Days (Mon – Fri)
Estimated Delivery: 8-18 business days.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy

We aim to make sure that the customer is 100% satisfied, and we accept returns of defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

Return Window: 30 days from date of receipt.
Product Condition: Items must be in New Condition (unworn, unused, tags attached, and in original packaging).
Return Shipping: * Suunli will cover the cost of return shipping if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
In case of customer regret (change of mind, wrong product selection), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5 business days of approval. There are no restocking fees.

Although we work to ensure accuracy, Suunli is not responsible for any inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information made available on this site. The content on this site is only for general information. We may change the content of this site at any time.
