From our inception, our mission has been to bridge the gap between traditional artisanal craftsmanship and the modern digital marketplace. Operating from our office in Shenzhen, China (Building 1, 2nd Floor, Hongfa Gaoxin Park, Shiyan Street, Baoan District), we have dedicated ourselves to perfecting the art of polymer clay design.

3. Shipping and Delivery Terms

Suunli ships products directly from our warehouse to the USA only. We do not offer worldwide shipping.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday โ€“ Friday).
  • Transit Time: 7-15 business days (Monday โ€“ Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery: 8-18 business days total.

4. Return and Refund Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction and accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Product Condition: Items must be in New Condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
  • Return Shipping: * Suunli pays for return shipping if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping costs in cases of customer remorse (change of mind or wrong product choice).
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. We do not charge restocking fees.
