Suunli was founded on October 12, 2024, and is headquartered at Building 2, Hongfa High-tech Park, Shiyan Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China 518108. We are a direct-to-consumer retailer specializing in the design and distribution of premium indoor decorative lighting, shipping products from our integrated warehouse directly to customers in the United States. Our operational model is built on efficiency, quality control, and customer-centric values.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To place an order, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it promptly. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Products & Purchasing Terms

All products listed on the Site are new only. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change.

Payment: We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, and Google Pay. Our Site is protected by an SSL certificate, encrypting your payment and personal information to safeguard it from unauthorized access.

Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we send you an order confirmation email.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Order Cut-off

  • Order Cut-off: Daily at 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago).
  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
  • Transit & Delivery: We ship directly from our Shenzhen warehouse. Transit time is 7-12 business days. Total estimated delivery time to all US destinations is 8-14 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our return policy is an integral part of these Terms.

  • Policy: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in new, unused condition.
  • Process: You must obtain pre-approval from our support team before returning any item. For damaged items, a photo must be sent via WhatsApp to +86 187 7313 2568 for assessment.
  • Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or arrived damaged. There are no restocking fees.
  • Refunds: Refunds for approved returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted subject to product availability and the same return conditions.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Suunli or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suunli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site, our products, or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
