At Suunli, founded on October 12, 2024, we believe that exceptional lighting should be accessible without complication. Our direct shipping model is a cornerstone of this belief. Operating from our centralized hub in Shenzhen, China, we meticulously package and dispatch every order to eliminate middlemen, reduce costs, and ensure you receive your carefully crafted indoor decorative lighting as efficiently as possible. This page details our clear and straightforward shipping procedures to set accurate expectations for your order journey.

1. Shipping Origin & Processing Hub

All Suunli orders are processed, packaged, and shipped directly from our integrated warehouse and office at:

This single-origin model allows for stringent quality control and streamlined logistics from our facility to your doorstep in the United States.

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-Off: 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) daily.
  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Process: Orders placed before the daily cut-off are prioritized for packing the next business day. Orders placed after cut-off, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Transit & Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable international carriers to deliver your products. All timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday-Friday).

  • Transit Time (From Dispatch to Local Carrier): 7-12 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 8-14 business days to all destinations within the contiguous United States, from the date of shipment.

Please note: The total delivery time is an estimate based on carrier performance and destination. It includes the handling, international transit, and final domestic delivery. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Customs clearance is included in this estimate, though rare delays can occur.

4. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No hidden fees or minimum purchase is required.

5. Order Tracking & Communication

Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your order’s journey. You can also check your order status by logging into your Suunli account.

6. Secure Checkout & Data Protection

Your security is integral to our service. Our entire checkout process is protected by a secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. This encryption technology guarantees that all your personal information and payment details are securely transmitted and safeguarded from unauthorized access.

7. Delivery & Receiving Your Order

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Inspection Upon Delivery: We strongly recommend inspecting your package for any visible damage at the time of delivery. If the packaging appears severely damaged, you may note this when signing. Please contact us immediately (see Section 9) if you suspect concealed damage to the product itself.

8. Shipping-Related Returns

Our comprehensive 30-Day Return Policy applies to all shipments. Please note the following shipping-related return terms:

  • Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to change of mind or non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to our designated facility.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If an item is defective or arrives damaged, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. After providing a photo of the damage via WhatsApp and receiving our pre-approval, we will provide a prepaid return label or other instructions. In such cases, return shipping is at our expense.
  • Important: All returns require pre-approval from our Support Team. Please do not mail back any item without this authorization.
