Operating from our office in China, we ship our leather products directly to customers across the United States. 2. Order Processing
2.1 Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
2.2 Handling Time
- All orders require 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) for handling and preparation.
- Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
We will notify you by email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Suunli ships products from China to customers in the United States. Delivery estimates may vary depending on customer location, carrier processing speed, customs procedures, and unforeseen logistical factors.

- 8–14 business days (including handling and transit)
- This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe, as final delivery depends on carrier operations and destination.

- Shipping is free on all orders placed through Suunli.
3.4 Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
4. International Shipping
Since Suunli ships from China to the United States, international shipping procedures may apply:
- Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.

Our return guidelines are as follows:
- Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Return Method: By mail
- Eligible Items: New, unused products
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible unless the product arrived defective or damaged
- Restocking Fees: None
- Refund Processing Time: 5 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product
