Our Heritage and Logistics Journey

Suunli’s Online Journey began on December 12, 2024. From our inception, we recognized that the beauty of our handcrafted items—from our Polymer Clay Tassel Bookmarks to our intricate Jewelry—requires a shipping process that prioritizes product safety and delivery reliability.

Operating from our central office in Shenzhen, Guangdong (Building 1, 2nd Floor, Hongfa Gaoxin Park, Shiyan Street), we have optimized our supply chain to ship directly from our warehouse to the USA. By focusing exclusively on the American market rather than shipping worldwide, we are able to provide a more tailored and consistent logistics experience for our customers.


Shipping Destinations and Security

Currently, Suunli ships exclusively to the USA. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.

Your security during the checkout and shipping process is paramount. Our store is protected by an SSL certificate, which guarantees that your personal details, shipping address, and payment information are securely encrypted and safe from hackers. All orders must be placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) to begin processing within the standard handling window. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.

2. Handling Time

  • Processing Period: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • During this time, we carefully inspect and package your polymer clay earrings, necklaces, or keychains to ensure they are ready for transit.

3. Transit Time

  • Shipping Duration: 7–15 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse to your specified USA address.

4. Total Delivery Time

  • Estimated Arrival: 8–18 Business Days.
  • Please note that these are estimated timeframes based on customer locations across the United States.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive confirmation and updates. Our team is active and responsive through phone, email, contact form, or live chat directly on our store, should you have any questions regarding your package's location.

Returns and Damaged Goods

In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, Suunli accepts returns for defective products. We will provide a return label and cover the shipping costs for any item that arrives damaged or incorrect. For instances of customer remorse (changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. All returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
