Operating from our integrated office and warehouse at Building 2, Hongfa High-tech Park, Shiyan Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen, China 518108, we understand the importance of trust in cross-border commerce. Our payment systems are designed to provide flexibility while maintaining the highest standards of security and encryption, ensuring your financial data is protected at every step.

4. Order Processing & Authorization

  • Payment Authorization: When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized for the full order total, including any applicable taxes. This authorization is a temporary hold to ensure funds are available.
  • Actual Charge: The actual charge to your payment method is captured and finalized only at the moment your order is packaged and prepared for shipment from our warehouse.
  • Order Cut-Off: To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

5. Billing Information Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases. It is your responsibility to promptly update your account information, including email address, credit/debit card numbers, and expiration dates, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Refunds & Returned Payment Policy

Refunds are processed in accordance with our 30-Day Return Policy.

  • Refund Method: All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item.
  • Bank Processing: Please allow additional time (typically 5-10 business days) for the refund to be fully posted by your bank or payment provider.
  • Failed Payments: In the event of a failed or declined payment, your order will not be processed. You will be notified, and you will need to update your payment information to proceed.

7. Pricing & Currency

All product prices listed on the Suunli website are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur. While we offer free standard shipping to the USA, we are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be levied by your country's authorities upon import; these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. Fraud Prevention

Suunli employs advanced fraud detection and screening tools. To protect all parties, we reserve the right to cancel any order that our system flags as potentially fraudulent. We may also request additional verification information before processing an order.
