As we ship our products directly from our warehouse to the USA, we have maintained a steadfast commitment to financial integrity and customer security. Handling and Transit

Once payment is confirmed, our handling time is 1-3 business days (Monโ€“Fri). Following this, the transit time to the USA is 7-15 business days (Monโ€“Fri), resulting in a total estimated delivery time of 8-18 business days.


Refunds and Payment Reversals

In the event of a return (within our 30-day window), refunds are processed once the item is inspected and approved.

  • Processing Time: Once approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Restocking Fees: Suunli does not charge any restocking fees.
  • Shipping Costs: For defective or damaged goods, we cover the costs. For customer remorse returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
