Suunli’s Online Journey was founded on December 12, 2024. We are in Shenzhen, Guangdong (Building 1, 2nd Floor, Hongfa Gaoxin Park, Shiyan Street, Baoan District), and we are looking forward to sharing our love of hand-crafted polymer clay accessories with the world.
We have years of experience specialising in the creation of unique Polymer Clay Tassel Bookmarks, Earrings, Key Chains and Necklaces. Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse to the USA, maintaining our solid commitment to financial integrity and customer security. We believe that the trust you place in us when you buy our art is the foundation of our business.

Billing & Order Processing Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York) (GMT-05:00). Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.
Handling and Transit
Once your payment is verified, our processing time is 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Transit time to the USA after this is 7-15 business days (Mon-Fri). Total estimated delivery time is 8-18 business days.
Refunds and Reversals of Payments
Should you choose to return the item (within our 30-day window), we will process your refund after the item has been inspected and approved.
Processing Time: Once approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 business days
Restocking Fees: Suunli does not charge any restocking fees.
Shipping Costs: We cover the cost of defective or damaged items. Customer remorse returns are the customer’s responsibility for the return shipping.
