Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship to? Currently, Suunli ships exclusively to the USA. We do not offer worldwide shipping at this time to ensure the highest level of service and reliable delivery times for our American customers.
How long will it take to receive my order? Our total delivery time is estimated between 8 and 18 business days. This is broken down as follows:
- Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday – Friday).
What is the order cut-off time? Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time will begin processing within our standard handling window.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
What condition must the item be in? To be eligible for a return, the product must be in New Condition: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return? Please contact us at support@suunli.com. If accepted, we will provide specific instructions and the mailing address for your return.
Are there return shipping costs?
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is faulty or incorrect, Suunli covers the return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid label.
- Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
When will I receive my refund? Once we inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.
